SMS terms

By using CallBack Capture or providing your mobile phone number to a business that uses CallBack Capture, you consent to receive SMS messages related to that business's missed-call recovery, service follow-up, scheduling, and review request workflows.

SMS messages are generally sent in response to customer-initiated contact, including phone calls, missed calls, service requests, web form submissions, or other requests for follow-up.

Messages may include missed-call text-back messages, service request follow-ups, appointment or scheduling-related messages, owner and customer notifications, and review request messages after completed services.

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with a business, missed-call activity, service requests, follow-up needs, and review request workflows.
